Is there any way to sequence the entire preset? Selecting an effect allows us to sequence the individual effects, but when I’m in the preset page, the sequencer doesn’t allow me to to place any steps in it…is this possible to do or not? b/c I’m finding myself wanting to input on/off, length, etc. of the entire preset but I’m not sure - is this possible or no? would be insanely useful if so, but maybe I’m missing something? thanks in advance for any input!

No, that’s not possible. You have 4 individual sequencers corresponding to your 4 effect slots, to set steps for an entire preset you have to set the same steps in every effect.
ah, that’s a bummer b/c that intuitively makes sense to me b/c obviously, deep diving on each individual preset is powerful, but being able to do that would 10x the control! thanks for the info dude!

Yes i got you 
but it would mean a global 5th sequencer on top of the four. That can quickly become a mess
