SD Cards can be very fickle at times. Here‘s some common steps to find out what‘s going on:
- Have you tried a different SD Card?
- Have you tried powering the device differently (from a powerbank, computer, mobile phone charger)?
If you tried all of this and you still have issues, please contact customer support, as that would indicate that there is something wrong with the device.
