It’s not possible!
Every time I move or probably a wrong midi message arrives, or I touch the SD Card, when I turn it back on it doesn’t recognize the memory card.
It’s not fair!!

SD Cards can be very fickle at times. Here‘s some common steps to find out what‘s going on:
- Have you tried a different SD Card?
- Have you tried powering the device differently (from a powerbank, computer, mobile phone charger)?
If you tried all of this and you still have issues, please contact customer support, as that would indicate that there is something wrong with the device.

Honestly, this is not the first time this has happened. It is not fair to not be able to be sure that a machine works, especially if the defect does not depend on the person using it.
