SD Card and Master Button problems.

Bug Description

Hello everyone. I have encountered many problems with my Polyend Tracker both Hardware and Software.
The Master button gets stuck and does not come up automatically, and after the forced update to firmware 1.9.1 my SD card prevents me from turning on my Tracker.
Could you please help me.

Steps to Reproduce

The Master Button does not work well, it gets stuck.
My Polyend does not see the original 16 GB card after the latest update 1.9.1.

Back up your sd card, and then delete the workspace folder and retry and see if tracker comes back on (i have this issue with my original play too on latest beta so i had to revert back to stable firmware for now). If so, maybe revert back to older firmware after doing so. Although 1.9.1 works fine for me on my original tracker right now, but sometimes the workspace folder can become corrupted.

Also there’s a emergency system you can try which is explained on page 280 of the tracker manual.

I deleted the workspace folder, as you said, but it didn’t fix anything. The previous firmware version was 1.9.0., it worked terribly, and I don’t have version 1.8. I’m a fan of Polyends, but the problems I’ve encountered with these machines are so many. Is a reset the only thing I can do?

Could it be the SD card? Got any other sd card you can put the files onto and try? If not, perhaps the reset may be the only option.

Tomorrow I’ll try with a new SD. I had already reported the problems to Polyend, but they didn’t help me at all.

Yeah I would definitely try a new SD card, and if not then try the reset.

Or try to use any other device except PC to format it into FAT32. In my case Tracker froze in Sample Loader and in Master (few times)

Maybe I found the antidote!!
To format a 64 GB card, I used this video: https://ww w.youtube.com/watch?v=IceA1OxEFa4.
It’s free and easy.
I used a Fat 32 32Kb format.

I verified an important thing:
THE TRACKER DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE SD CARD IMMEDIATELY, YOU MUST INSERT IT AND WAIT WITH THE MACHINE OFF AND THE POWER SUPPLY INSERTED.

If I try to turn on my Polyend immediately, the SD is not recognized.

I will do some more testing and update you.
