I have current firmware. I am encountering a condition in which, following a freeze, all scene information is voided. The crash requires unplugging, the off button becomes inoperable. When it returns after restart, the order of scenes has been reset. They are now in some new order, based possibly on date added? This time it put some new scenes to the top.
I suspect that I may need to delete a file, .config, settings, or workspace.
Are there any cautions I should consider in doing this? Are one of these files more likely to relate to this problem than others?
The freeze usually follows saving a scene.
Hey @amar, this sounds weird in general.
I would assume maybe there is something wrong with your SD Card?
Have you tried formatting or replacing it?
It’s the Polyend SD that came with it. I may try formatting, but first I would like to try less radical approaches for minimal disruption.
I deleted the workspace folder and so far, so good.
