Scale filter is not applied for synths tracks during export

Bug Description

When exporting synth tracks with an active scale filter, the scale is not taken into account.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load the supplied project
  2. Listen to it and note that it is in minor scale
  3. Export the track (doesn’t matter if just pattern or chain or anything)
  4. Listen to export and notice that the minor scale was not applied
