Beta Firmware: Tracker+ & Tracker Mini Sampling over USB audio

This Firmware adds sampling over USB for Tracker+ and Tracker Mini. Note mode input is not included in this beta firmware. New Features Sampling over USB How to use: Connect the device to a USB host. Select USB audio output in the config>USB to output audio to Tracker via USB. Open the Sample Recorder and Select USB to record USB audio.
