Samples not recalled when loading WAVS/GRAIN patches via Program Change

Bug Description

Source sample files for wavetable 1 and 2 are not recalled when changing WAVS presets using MIDI Program Changes messages. This does not happen when I change presets using Synth UI.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create Init scene
  2. Load WAVS engine
  3. Assign some WAVS presets to Program Change Mapping
  4. Send respective Program Change messages from external controller to change presets
  5. Observe that source sample files for wavetable 1 and 2 remain the same regardless of the selected preset.

Small update: the issue affects also GRAIN engine.
