Samples not playing or previewing in instrument list, or in a track, but play fine when previewed in the "Samples" folder - Polyend Tracker +

I have a Tracker + project that has previously worked without issue. I added some Elektron .wav samples that I recently downloaded from their website, and I added a few to this project. Since adding those samples, more than 50% of all the samples in the project will no longer play when previewed in the project instrument list or in a track. There are around 30 samples in this project. They also won’t play in any of the sample option/editor screens.

I have created a new project and plan to add all the samples, one by one, to see if I can recreate the issue or isolate it to a particular sample.

I was wondering if anyone has come across an issue like this.

Could this be an indication that my SD card has become corrupted?

Any insight would be appreciated.

I’d ‘remove unused samples’, which should force a recheck before doing a sample by sample analysis.

The project is still in a very early phase, so doing this would remove the majority of samples. I’ve just started working on the first pattern..

Ah, you said the project had worked before the new samples, so I thought you had a larger project.
