I’ve seen people talk about it on here but still no fix… the sample folder just disappeared after powering down. Kinda ruins your product. Cuz you can’t pick up where you left off. Can’t set things up to do random things live if it’s different when you power back on. Only fix I’ve seen on here, is use different sd card I’ve bought 4 each one same issue kinda ridiculous to have to wait a year or more for you products to work like it’s supposed to from the jump.
Don’t buy memory cards from amazon or walmart dot com. I have gotten fakes from them and that is when this issue rears its ugly head. I am using a SanDisk 16gb industrial SD card and it works flawlessly. I buy mine from Best Buy dot com or Mouser dot com. They have never been counterfeit and they all have worked perfectly, plus they have the high endurance type memory so they should last for years before failing.
The only reason I put this here is because I had several cards shipped to me from walmart and from Amazon and they were counterfeit, how did I find out? Simply by using them. As soon as you get a real one, it will just work and you’ll kinda forget about it. Good luck, and I hope this helps you.
I’ll +1 this, i have used SanDisk cards now for a couple years with all the Polyend gear and never had one crap out on me or cause any file issues.
