Sample editor effects preview at double the speed with low quality samples

Bug Description

When applying effects with preview option such as (amplify, time stretch, flanger etc) to any sample imported using LOW quality option it will preview at exactly double the speed.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Import any stereo or mono sample using the “Import Low Quality” option (preferably at least few seconds long to hear the bug)
  2. Go to “Sample Editor”
  3. Choose any effect that has a “Select effect” button, press it
  4. In the effects parameters page press “Preview” button
  5. Effect is previewed at double the speed of the original sample
