Hi, just bought a second hand tracker mini but I can’t register it because it was registered by a previous owner. Sens mails to polyend support but no answer.
Can someone help me please ?

If you mailed their support you should get an answer soon. Last week was NAMM, so answers may have been slowed down a little as people return.
When did you send the email and to what address?

I sent a message via the support page of their web site yesterday and a mail to support@polyend.com today at about 12h
Ok, then i’m pretty sure you’ll get an answer soon

And yes, they can register it for you, to your account if you can give them the Serial on the device.

Problem solved. I contacted previous owner and asked him to unregister it . So I could register the mini tracker!
