Radio stopped receiving any signal since 1.8

Hi, I’ve already updated my tracker to 1.8. Since update radio doesn’t work properly. Changing regions is not making any difference.

Just to define “doesn’t work properly”

As the application does not start at all or that it does not catch any radio channels beyond static noise?

It’s not catching any signal, even noise.

Could you make a quick video showing your radio settings and what happens in the radio/recording screens?

If you still got the 1.7 Firmware, what happens if you reflash it? Does the Radio work then?

If you don’t have 1.7 anymore. I started creating an archive for Polyend Firmwares, you can find 1.7.2 in there, if you want to give it a try:

I just tested 1.9.1 and the radio works fine on OG Polyend Tracker.

Note: The quality can vary depending on the receiver location. My living room has a better receiving location, than my home studio. This cannot be blamed on the Polyend Team :smiley:

I guess there are two options:

  • Bad receiving location [End-user Error]
  • Defect device [End-user should contact the Polyend support team]
