What is the problem?

youre stuck on a single instrument in instrument mode

What should this feature achieve?

allow you to switch the active instrument to another in the pool

dirtywave m8 allows pc to switch instuments with midi input

but doesnt have the wavetable osc in tracker or the great hardware
