I am trying to understand the program change feature on the Synth. It is not clear to me how it works.

Some questions:

  1. Is there only 8 slots available?
  2. Which of the 3 synths is affected by the program change?
  3. It seems that the program change is associated to the the scene, isn’t it?
  4. How to you clear a slot?

It will be in the upcoming manual but here is the basic concept.

Set a synth per slot
Each Synth should have its own MIDI channel set up.
In the Scene menu set the 8 PC message maps. Note these must be based on the synth models loaded to slots. I.e. if synth 1 is ACD, the preset must be ACD. PC is global per scene, so the 8 mappings cover all synths. Set for example first 3 to the first synth preset ie ACD, next 2-3 to synth 2, next set to synth 4.

Then PC messages sent in will change to the slot the PC number refers. Some devices start at 1 some at 0.
