Did anyone noticed like a burning smell from Polyend Synth when playing? I keep checking if it gets hot and the answer is no. Also I’m just learning it so not using it’s full power I think, not overloading it. Smell comes from around the screen area I would say. Everything works as normal, no problems, no errors, no freezes. I worked on it for a few days thinking this will go away after time but I can still smell it.
Hi there @marcin-5565 and welcome to Backstage.
This is definitely not normal and I do not recall anyone having a similar issue. I would send a word to My Account • Polyend and Support will work with you from there.
Done. Thank you. I have other hardware synths and also Polyend Tracker and never had similliar issiues. I will report any updates here in case someone encounters same problem if it is a problem at all.

I forogot to update on this issiue. Polyend team responded to my email saying I can keep using the Synth, smell is rather normal and should dissapear after some time. As I had no problems with it (Polyend Synth) I follow that advice and so far it’s working fine. Still smells though
