When I press and hold the ‘Song’ knob, the Main Menu does not display. Any help?

This is the first I hear this happening. Do you get a click when pressing the song knob? Would you mind sharing the voltage of the power supply you’re using?

I do get a click but it doesn’t change the screen.
I’m using a 9V power supply - I’ve tried multiple ones with no change.

Are the Effect, Beat and Kit encoder all working fine when you press them?
Yes. As far as I can tell, all the other knobs function as they should.
Sorry, I should have asked sooner; does the single press on the Song encoder still bring up the song list?
The song list comes up when I turn the Song knob, but not when I press it.
Sounds to me like a hardware issue. I’d suggest sending a message to Polyend support at the link below. Add the link to this thread as well as it might answer questions they are going to ask.
Possible some Polyend folks might reach out to you here as well, just that it is usually quieter here during the weekend.

To wrap this up…
I sent the unit back. The replacement works as it should. It must have been a hardware issue.

Just noticed last night that I’m having this issue. The long press on the Song knob works intermittently…I thought I wasn’t “doing it right” but twice in an hour I had to power cycle to return to the basic song view.
