In Stereo mode my left output is higher than right output. I’m wondering if I have a defective unit. I’ve tried different cables as well and still the same issue. What do you guys think?

This sounds to me for sure like an issue with the unit. 
Does it happen in bypass as well or only when it‘s active?
If i were you i‘d get in contact with customer support about this.
If you can - it’s probably a good idea to provide them with some audio example or video that showcases the issue. Maybe an example of the tone you are sending in Pre-Press and what it sounds like Post-Press.
Feel free to share it here as well, then you can point support to it too.

Ok, it was all my negligence! There was nothing wrong with the Press. I was using TRS to dual mono cables thinking that should work. I ended up buying 2 stereo splitter adapters and running TRS cables from them and now all levels are fine.

Having the same problem. Can you tell me what adaptors you got exactly?
