What is the problem?

The manual for Play 1.4 does not have any language to remind the user to remove any custom beat fills when there is a new fill update with the firmware. While it may seem obvious, this could be overlooked and if customs beat fills are not removed, they will be lost. In reviewing the steps of custom beat fill from 1.3 to 1.4, that process has not changed.

What do you want to achieve?

Please add language to the Firmware Updates section of the manual to remind the user to remove any custom beat fills before deleting the Beatfill folder and re add once they’ve installed to the new Beatfills folder.

Updated the instruction guide on the website for this. Thanks for the suggestion but next time please don’t use the wishlist for something like this as it isn’t really a feature request. We’ll respond if you ping one of us, or comment on the firmware update with an @ to me or the OG poster.

I’m going to archive this now.
