Hello, I tried to find a way in this forum, in the manual and on the web, but couldn’t find how to factory reset the device ?
Is it possible ?

I guess you could format the SD card and install the factory content and the firmware if you want…
Im not sure what you want to acomplish…

Is there any specific issue that you are experiencing with your Play?
Although there’s no factory reset, you can head over to Play downloads • Polyend grab the latest firmware and the SD card content at the bottom of the page.
After that, start by moving the firmware file to the Firmware folder of your Play and perform the update. Finally, turn off the Play, delete all the content of the SD card except the firmware folder, and then copy the contents from the SD card zip file over to the Play. You’ll now essentially have a factory new Play
