I’ve updated my machine to the 4.01 firmware, and I’ve reset it a few times. I cannot get these hanging notes to go away, and thats if the thing even records the MIDI info from the keyboard(aka C3 on the first step of an 8step sequence). I’ve been digging through the manual and AI, I even emailed the company, and Im right back where I started. I can send video if need be, I just really need help here.

Happy to try to get you sorted. You mention a keyboard so I’m guessing you are using an external MIDI controller? If so, does the problem persist if you remove it?
Also, can you confirm that everything was working fine before the update? Like had you not used your Medusa for awhile and then saw the new firmware and updated, or is it like you had played it very recently with the previous update and everything was well and then after the update you immediately had this issue? It will help to drill down if it’s a firmware thing or a coincidence.
