Play+ glitching issue

Hoping someone has some idea about this? So I first experienced some glitching with Play+ a couple month or so after purchasing, see 1st video:

A month later I experienced some different glitching again and recorded this too:

I’ve since had it glitch like this a few other times since I recorded these and have to turn the device off to restore it back to normal operation.
This has happened on different projects too, so not project specific.

Any ideas what is going on here? Does this need to be returned as a hardware fault?

Yeah I didn’t think so, it never happened on the OG Play when I had it.
I just wasn’t sure if it’s a hardware thing or software bug?

man I love this.

we had the back and forth on elektron and I posted these bugs that dylan youtuber documented.

you flatly discarded his detailed reports with “he just seems to buy the next new thing going without investing any great deal of time into it before moving onto the next toy”.

This is a hardware issue, LED grid problem. Support can help you get this fixed.

Were you using the factory USB cable? If a different cable do you have any specific info on it?

I’ve had like this single glitch issue with the pads which no one else has reported, he was banging on about it freezing and was over exaggerating that it was complete mess lol, didn’t even bother troubleshooting, just complained cause he didn’t get on with the device.
My fault is a hardware issue that Polyend is fixing, what, you never had device with a hardware fault?! :rofl:
