What is the problem?
You’ve set your grid ready to roll for a gig, picked the right key, chords and followers, and still, when playing alongside with other machines you’re off by a couple of semitones.
What should this feature achieve?
Add a transport (per semitone) for each track the grid setup. There’s a 4rth row available for that control.

I’m taking example of the Orchid that has this transpose feature when holding their “key” knob.
