Pattern Length Performance FX does not work when controlled via external MIDI

Bug Description

The Pattern Length Performance FX does not function correctly when controlled via external MIDI CC.

I have the top row of knobs on a Launch Control XL 3 mapped to the Tracker+ Performance FX CCs. The other Performance FX respond as expected.

When the knob assigned to Pattern Length is turned, the Pattern Length parameter/value on the Tracker+ responds to the incoming MIDI CC, but the effect is not actually applied to pattern playback.

Pattern Length works correctly when adjusted directly using the Tracker+’s own controls.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Map an external MIDI controller knob to the MIDI CC for the Pattern Length Performance FX.
  2. Enter Performance mode on Tracker+ and play a pattern.
  3. Turn the external MIDI knob assigned to Pattern Length.
  4. Observe that the Pattern Length value on Tracker+ changes in response to the MIDI CC.
  5. The actual playback/pattern length is unaffected.
  6. Adjust Pattern Length directly using the Tracker+ controls.
  7. The Pattern Length Performance FX now works as expected.
