Pattern Change Count In/Sync via White Keys

Hey there, not sure if this has been suggested at all, I’m thinking of how useful it would be if I could switch patterns via the white key pads (eg pattern 5 to pattern 37 selected by the white keys). But having an option for switching patterns via the key bed but having it play next in “sync” just the same as you can by using the arrow keys.

I often throw variations/alternative patterns in the other rows and like to jump around them to work out a song structure from the white keys.

Having them lined up to play at the end of the previous pattern would be a handy little feature.

Improved Pattern Navigation for Pattern-View

For the Tracker and Tracker+ the pads are a great way to navigate between patterns (or visualize the active pattern). But this functionality is currently not fully fleshed out. After reading through the thread you linked, I’d realised I’d seen the post sometime back when it came up (I completely forgot).

Pattern queuing to any pattern is how I probably should have described it as in the first place.

Doesn’t seem like the idea got much interest, but me personally, I feel it’s an essential feature for workflow.

I agree, I think it’s essential. I have no idea how every Tracker user hasn’t wanted to queue a pattern with the pads.
