Panning FX won't work on external midi

Bug Description

Hello! The pan FX lane only affects internal sounds/samples. I have not been able to have external hardware synths or VSTs to respond to this effect.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. enter notes using Midi channel 1-16 as the instrument
  2. Use FX lane 1 0r 2 to select pan amount
  3. playback
  4. I have never gotten it to work so far

Panning for midi is actually a cc value.
Search for the corresponding cc number in your synth (usually cc10 or cc8 but every synth has a different configuration) and use the midi macro fx. Set the value in the instrument parameters of your midi track.

Hi @jcomito1 , this is by design, as the Description of the Panning FX says: destination for this FX is only Sample and Synth instruments. Not MIDI.
