So, I have two OG Trackers, one rounded button rubberised case and one square buttons metal case.
The square button one is the one I predominantly use, using two when I play live.
Last month I got the round button Tracker out of its box and powered it on to discover the screen was almost completely whited out, you could still see the normal tracker software just about. I powered it on and off a couple of times and tried a few different power supplies and cables but nothing changed (bear in mind the cable and supply I was using work perfectly with my other tracker and have worked with this one before). I then factory reset the device to the original firmware, but nothing changed.
I took the back off and tried to reseat the ribbon cable but nothing changed. So I ordered a new screen. Today I fitted the new screen and booted the Tracker up without the front plate on, and it was working normally! But as I moved through the menus etc it flashed white a couple of times. I then updated to firmware 1.91 and after this the screen was still working correctly with maybe one more white glitch split second. I reattached the front plate and booted it up again, and the screen has gone white again. Not quite as badly as the original screen but still completely unusable.
I have tried many different combinations of power supplies and cables, tried reseating the ribbon cable, resetting etc.
Can anyone advise on what to do next? (I bought the Tracker 2nd hand).
