Applying an offset to a fill could really speed up some processes. Use case scenario, wanting to apply a FADE every 2 steps after all notes in a track. Select the track, choose Fill. Where? is Note, and then proposed menu could offset that selection by +2.
What is the problem?
The Where? Function is tied to the immediacy of the event and could offer great functionality if it could have an offset applied to it.
What do you want to achieve?
The ability to use the Where? as the source of when an event happens, but have the opportunity to shift when those events happen by applying an offset.
Are there any workarounds?
The workaround is to plug them in manually.
