I experience that Midi note off from external is not captured anymore after updating to 1.0.2, which means that I cannot use Tracker Plus as my main sequencer currently as I like to play my notes live from my fav midi keyboard.
Go to record mode
Hit some notes…
Only the note, but without the note-off, so the note will then just be hanging.
bug is reproducible always
go to Config > Firmware page on your device and copy version / build numbers below

Test one - roll from 1.0.2 and back to 1.0.1:
Test two - roll from 1.0.1 and back to 1.0.2:
yeah this seems to be the same issue. I have tested it with the pads and with an external controller. the behaviour is the same.
Could you do me a favor and post your videos in the other bug report (as it has already been logged)?
This way we have all the information in one place. And then we’ll close this one down.
By the way - there is a workaround for now, which i posted in the other bug report as well.
