User-defined keys/scales for Mini Input Mode

What is the problem? With the way the keys are determined with the new Midi Input Mode, the User is not able to easily trigger explicitly desired Slices or Perc voices. What should this feature achieve? Allow users to define their own scale or set of keys that can be used in MIDI Input Mode. For example, C2, C3, D4, E4, and so-on regardless of what the Project Scale was set to.
