Newby question on Synth sequencing

How to change the length of individual notes in the sequence.?

Hey @kevinmicklewright, welcome to Backstage!

The Synth’s sequencer is pretty basic, it doesn’t allow holding notes past one step.
You can however add rests by pressing Shift and get a slightly longer note by increasing the Gate length above 100%.

There is a feature request that (i think) includes a wish for this:

What is the problem? You cannot edit recorded sequencer steps What should this feature achieve? Editing sequencer steps, note, velocity, gate, panorama, probability, triplets, etc Are there any workarounds? No Any links to related discussions? No Any references to other products? Almost every stepsequencer inside a synthesizer is editable

The Synth is pretty great with creating multi-engine sounds, but yes, I had to get an external sequencer to be happy. The Play+ and Trackers help a lot and play well together, though the Oxi One is my current favorite.
