New to Synth - Failing to load sample pack

Hello Everyone,

New to this.
I have just received my new Polyend Synth, and am having fun trying it out.
I used the voucher in the box to purchase the ‘Undertow’ sample pack.
I am failing to get these samples to work, they are not coming up on the menus. I stupidly put them in the WAVS folder, but realising my mistake I have tried putting them in the Grains Folder and the DWA folders, but they are still not appearing.

Can you help me, and advise what I should be doing to get these to work?

I am transferring them on my MacBook, directly accessing the SD card, as Synth does not appear on the Mac in USB mode.

Hey there @paulmc23 and welcome to backstage. Great to have you here! :slight_smile:

I’m linking a screenshot from the manual that shows the structure. The samples need to go into the “sample folder" in the appropriate engine. So it would look like “Root Folder/samples/DWA if you wanted to use them in the DWA engine. Hope that helps!

Brilliant, thanks for your help.

That’s exactly where I had the samples, I was just being a noob, I needed to create the preset and then select the sample to use. I was looking for the samples in the presets list…

All sorted now.
