Just recieved my T+ today. Downloaded new firmware. A nightmare! The unit keeps frozen. It says ‘‘Opening last project’’ but it does not open; when I want to create a new project/save change to a project it is frozen as well; the reset button does not change anything…Any way to fix this? Very disappointed for a first day…Thanks
Change sd card. Register your product, download the original content and test it on another card.
Here’s a couple questions that i would like you to answer:
- Are you using the original power supply / cable?
- Does this happen if you use a different power supply (like a phone charger)?
- Are you using the SD Card that came with the device or are you using another sd card?
- Which Firmware are you using? The latest firmware is 1.0.3, which you can download here.

Ok, thank you for the answers. 
- When does it freeze while using the device?
- Or during startup (you mentioned this in the chat)
If you get random freezes when trying to make music. I would suggest trying what @ameliagagarin has said:
- Re-format the card (MUST BE FAT32)
- Upload the Factory Content which you can find on the download page
This way we can eliminate the card as a possible source of problems.
If you have a spare card, you can even use that.
Have you noticed any other weird behaviours? Like the sound being glitchy or other things?
Also, if you can - maybe you could record a video of what is happening?
The goal is to eliminate all possible problems, until we can find out if it is a defective hardware or some other problem.

J’ai reformaté la carte en FAT 32 et téléchargé le Contenu SD Tracker+ 1.0 et le Tracker+ Firmware update 1.03. J’ai bien renseigne le numero de serie de ma machine sur votre site.
Et ce que je dois télécharger autre chose?
Cela m’a permis de pouvoir redémarrer ma machine normalement (il n’ y a plus de “Ouverture du dernier projet”). C’est déjà un progrès!
La machine est bien en Firmware 1.03 dans Configuration.
Par contre, quand je vais dans Sample Loader/SD Card: j’ai le menu suivant et tous les fichiers sont vides, il n’y a aucun fichier audio: pourquoi?

Si je vais sur Fichier, Nouveau Project ou Jeux il ne se passe rien également.
Et ensuite la machine bug: je ne peux plus aller dans les autres fichiers et je suis oblige de debrancher la machine (je ne peux plus l’éteindre) et de recommencer.

I reformatted the card in FAT 32 and downloaded the SD Tracker+ Content 1.0 and the Tracker+ Firmware update 1.03. I correctly entered the serial number of my machine on your website.
Do I need to download anything else?
This allowed me to restart my machine normally (there is no longer a “Loading the last project” message). That’s already progress!
The machine is indeed on Firmware 1.03 in the Configuration.
However, when I go to Sample Loader/SD Card, I get the following menu, and all the files are empty—there are no audio files. Why?
- /Mod
- /Projects
- /Tracker_Plus_SD_1.0
If I go to File, New Project, or Games, nothing happens either.
And then the machine bugs: I can no longer access the other files, and I am forced to unplug the machine (I can’t turn it off) and start over.

Tu as juste déplacé le contenu de la carte SD un peu de travers.
Tout ce qu’il y a dans le dossier /Tracker_Plus_SD_1.0 doit être mis directement à la racine de la carte SD.

You’ve moved the content of the sd card slightly wrong.
Everything that inside of /Tracker_Plus_SD_1.0 has to be in the root folder of the sd card
