New Performance Mode Effect - Chance

Chance is a great feature in the pattern editor. It would be a very useful option in perform mode as well. This would be nice because it could allow you to add various levels of chance or no chance at all to any/all tracks on the fly.

What is the problem?

Cannot adjust Chance in Perform Mode.

What do you want to achieve?

Adjust Chance in Perform Mode.

Are there any workarounds?

You can adjust Chance using the pattern editor, but a performance effect would be ideal.
