Good day.
I got some Studio Pro Tips from A.I. on how to set the Predelay, Delay, Mix and even using High Pass Filters to get a good mid frequency fattening when using Plate Reverbs.
Can anyone share which Plate Reverbs on the Mess work best for the above.
I am preparing for my Monday Night Tone Safari Exploration with my Mess.
I am still writing down more ideas to be tested like parallel Flanger and Phaser together.
Pinky: “Gee, Brain, what do you want to do tonight?”
The Brain: “The same thing we do every night, Pinky—try to take over the world!”
Taking over the world with good tone I guess.
Here is my Tone Safari Report on Plate Reverbs for Lead Guitar Playing:
-
First I lower to taste Mix levels of Modulations for Leads.
-
Mess did a great job with the Plate Reverbs available.
Here are my two favorites:
FOCUS PLATE REVERB FOR CLEAR WITH BODY SOUND.
PHONE PLATE REVERB for the CRYSTAL CLEAR.
BOTH PLATE OPTIONS ARE GREAT.
It depends on what sounds best for your song lead fxs.
I suggest playing clean guitar with Polyend off first, then On with only the Plate Reverb. That is how i got to tweak the Plates into making my guitar sound clearer/ defined. It truly helps when you use the Plate Reverbs when using other fxs for a Lead Preset. It sounds studio defined as if fancy post production Fxs where added.
Highly recommend using Plate Reverbs.
I am writing down my next Safari Quest will be the High Pass and Highshelf Filters.
