Mini stuck on update to firmware 2.1 cannot reset

Hi everyone,

I downloaded the 2.1 beta firmware to update my brand new Tracker Mini.

The update is not working, the screen is stuck on

“Device is preparing for update”. I am unable to restart the device, nor am I able to har dreset using a pin. Turning the device “off” and then on again I am immediately met by the same screen that the device is preparing for update.

I am gutted, please help - is there some way to hard reset the device?

ok I solved it, for anyone else - I seemed to have a corrupted firmware file. I removed the sd card and removed the beta and other files except the official firmware and my device would boot up again.
