Hi folks just wanted to ask what midi controllers you use with mini and Plus…mini more tho as thats my unit?
I have a midi fighter twister id like to get working but i heard the mini doesnt supply power ?
Am i correct in thinking Tracker Plus does supply power to controllers and Mini does not?
I was looking at the Intech Knot as a midi host to make things talk?
Im pretty new to midi so just thought id see what you guys are all doing?
I’m personally using an Arturia Minilab 3 or actually my phone as a CC value controller via Bluetooth using a CME WIDI Thru6.
WIDI Jack is also known to work if you have another bluetooth controller in mind.
The Mini does not supply power and neither does the Tracker Plus, sorry.
Yes that does work! See here:
I’m using an old M-Audio Oxygen 8…uses AA batteries which I’ve had in it for 6months without changing them. Works great with the Polyend mini jack to midi din adaptor

I’ve been using a Roland S-1 as a MIDI controller with the Mini for about a year now.
It’s great–I hacked together a cheap and simple cable to turn MIDI type A into MIDI type B using adaptors from Chicago Music Exchange.
Completely battery powered, and gives you 26 small pads to work with (and great SH-101 sounds you can sample!)

Hello, I use a CME MIDI Jack. This has a magnetic holder and is therefore easy to remove. It gets its power from the MIDI out. I use a Roli Block for input. This has three octaves in C. Unfortunately you can’t change the octaves and rood note in standalone mode. Of course the MPE functions doesn’t t and there is no pitch. But at the moment it’s actually working really well. The built-in battery is particularly cool. This means you’re always flexible and mobile and have everything with you.
