Has anyone tried using a Miditech Pianobox mini II with the Polyend Tracker?
It’s a voice module with a built in battery.
I’ve had problems with the tracker if it doesn’t get enough amps from a power source during startup (SD card corruption). Has anyone used the Miditech Pianobox mini II with the tracker?
I’ve asked Miditech support email but no answer yet.
I don’t get what your actual problem is here?
It sounds like you connect them via USB,
why don’t you just use Midi to control the pianobox?
The potential problem is if the pianobox doesn’t supply enough power to the tracker during the startup sequence, the tracker can corrupt its SD card. This has happened to me.
This page says the Tracker’s “startup peak can reach up to 1,25A during 6ms impulse measured”.
