I made a converter from MIDI to .pattern files.
It works well with my Polyend Play on firmware 1.6.0.
I tested it with the C&C Red Alert MIDI “Act on Instinct” (really like its solo).

Oh man, I have dreamt about something like this ever since I bought my play+ 2 years ago! Absolutely amazing how the community has come up with such amazing bits of software to accompany the device. Thanks for making this!
Hi there! Just wanted to mention again how much I appreciate the time spent on you putting this together! I just have a couple questions.
Do you plan on adding support for the beatfill function?
I noticed that the velocities I put in place didn’t translate over to the .pattern files, any chance this might be addressable in future updates?
Speaking of parameter values, will there be support for adding the other available parameters to each workstep? I imagine this part would be most difficult without direct CCs to influence, but I’m no programmer and have no clue how you were even able to make something like this work lol
