MESS: Semitone settings for steps vs track and creating arpeggiated sequences

I looked into this and it definitely looks like all of the effects in the micro looper category has a bug with the semitones parameter to some degree. I reported it.

Bug Description All “semitones” options for all micro looper effects not working correctly when doing parameter locking on sequencer?
