Is there a pdf there at the Polyend office listing the 200 factory preset numbers, names & a breakdown of what effects are in each preset? Sure could use it 
As far as my machine goes, it only shows 150 stock presets.

It’s definitely a nice to have. I wished for the same thing for the Meris LVX and Mercury X.
I do feel however that I know those pedals a bit better from exploring the presets 1 by 1 and taking notes for those of particular interest.
And yes, total of 150 factory presets, and the MESS can handle up to 1000 presets so plenty of room to save your own patches
