MESS: long press engine button copies whole stepsequence to paste to other engine

What is the problem?

making copies of a sequence to paste it to another engine is impossible

What should this feature achieve?

making a copy of a sequence by pressing short on engine button tp select engine, and then pressing land holding long to copy, then pressing and holding long on destination engine button to paste the steps sequence so the engine FX are different but you can use the same steps

Are there any workarounds?
