MESS: Add Swingtiming component to sync on beat for all 4 engine at once

What is the problem?

Not all grooves have a straight timing… some tracks have a swing percentage. It sure would be nice to have the steps do the same.

What should this feature achieve?

Add a general swing factor from 50% (being straight on the dot) up to 80% (swing) for all the 4 engines at once.

Are there any workarounds?

This is one of my main disappointments, that there’s no swing value. I wouldn’t even mind a global swing per preset. I do a lot of swung tracks. From subtle to full on.

I can use 8th notes for the steps as a workaround, but swing would be ace.
