What is the problem?
For some fx (like filters) it is nice to have smooth transitions between set values, like turning knobs on a filter and so on
What should this feature achieve?
Smooth filter and redux sounds and so on, even better, set step 1 at 100, set step 16 at 0, let it automatically smooth anything in between. Could be a switch as option: xfade/no xfade
