Lock ups in pattern mode?

Just received my Tracker + yesterday. Having a lot of fun learning it. I did have 2 lock ups yesterday and 2 today. Required unplugging it to get it going again. In all cases I was in the pattern mode and adjusting parameters (I think it was the instrument choice, I know it was today but can’t swear it was yesterday) using the dial. Is this a known bug or something wrong with my tracker. Everything else seems to work fine.

Edit: One more thing, at least today, I was turning the dial rather quickly.

Hey man, sorry you’ve been having those issues.
Could you share what firmware you’re running, and how you are powering the tracker?

Hi Dann, using 1.0.3 firmware and powering by the included adaptor. I used it quite a bit last night with no issues.

Glad to hear you are not having any issues recently. If it comes up again, we can create a bug report together and I’d ask if you could save and share a project that you’re having issues with.

Thanks Dann, I am enjoying it and looking forward to using it with my Synth.

I believe it happened when I was changing the instruments on the pattern but only when I was rapidly turning the scroll wheel. I have not been turning it as rapidly and it has not repeated.

Just to update, I have used the Tracker quite a bit the last two days and haven’t had any repeat of the lock up. I’m going to assume it was some sort of fluke at this point. Having a blast learning it!

That’s great to hear! If the issue arises again, don’t hesitate to bring it up. At anytime we can start a bug report if you feel it’s an issue.
