Latched notes have pad lights turning off when switching between instruments on SEQ/ARP page

Bug Description

Pad lights turning off when in SEQ/ARP page when pressing the 3 buttons below the screen. The lights disappear when you’re latching notes, but when you’re holding notes and do it, they flicker off/on etc.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Init a Scene
  2. With the Blue synth selected on the buttons under the screen, go to Seq/Arp page, engage the Arp, and Latch 2-3 notes using the Shift function
  3. Switch to the Yellow synth using the button under the screen
  4. Now switch back to the Blue synth using the button under the screen.
    Expected behaviour - the Grid shows the notes I had previously latched on the blue synth
    Current behaviour - Grid doesn’t display the currently latched notes on the blue synth.

Latch a note using internal synths, or even using external synths, and when on SEQ/ARP page, switching between the 3 buttons below the screen causes the pads that were latched, making the light go out! Even when not latching a note and just holding a note down and switching between the 3 buttons below the screen will cause weird issue with pad lights turning off/on etc

The behaviour is easily reproducible. Nice catch!
Could you please confirm the build of your firmware? You mention 1.0.1 but would need to get the build found in System Settings → Firmware

Hey @BROCKSTAR

I think this might be an already known issue. If you get into the “bad” state and then press the Engine or ADSR button, do the latched pads light up again?

Yes if i press engine or adsr or filter or other “buttons” the lights come back on the latched / touched pad. It doesn’t matter which grid has the latched or touched note or notes, as long as you press any of the 3 buttons below the screen back they will disappear.

Also updated the build number.
