Keyboard UX - Use jogwheel to navigate between characters

The naming screen could benefit from having the Jogwheel as a quick way to cursor/navigate between characters (backwards and forwards), making it easier/quicker to edit names without deleting characters or using individual arrow-key presses to navigate left and right.

What is the problem?

Not as much a problem as a quality of life improvement. The keyboard feels frustrating when needing to go back and edit a letter or a typo.

What do you want to achieve?

Use the Jogwheel to navigate backwards/forwards between the characters quickly.

Are there any workarounds?

The arrow keys are the only workaround, which can feel time consuming to use.

So just navigate between the characters with the jogwheel? Yes? As an aditional, possibly quicker way to navigate within naming.

Just asking because the title was a bit misleading. And if that is exactly what you meant, i’ll gladly change it for ya

That’s right! Sorry my english isn’t the best :upside_down_face:
Appreciate your help!

No worries, it’s all good. I’ve changed the title and the description of your wish slightly. Hope is still reflects what you were asking for
