Just bought a used unit

Absolute newbie to trackers and polyend and looking for some feedback on how to test my soon to arrive used Tracker+ (2024) unit for any typical / known issues. I only have 7 days to return so I want to give it a thorough run through during that grace period.

Hi there @atomtll and welcome to backstage. Great to have you join us here :slight_smile:

The 2 things I would check;

  1. The jog wheel. Check to see while scrolling through some values that it’s smooth and not skipping. When you scroll fast it should skip values, and when very slowing it should not skip values.
  2. Check the mechanical buttons. Press each one down a couple of seconds and see if they pop back up naturally as it should.

As anything on the internal hardware, load up a demo project, make sure it plays. I would also test the USB and make sure that your computer is able to identify it.
