Hi there,
received my T+ yesterday and my unit may have a problem.
The jog-wheel is unresponsive when rotated slowly, you can still feel the ‘click’ but the movement isn’t registered.
This does not happen in every position but when I try to adjust something in small increments, this is unfortunately an issue.
Sometimes a single rotation registers as two inputs and is jumping over 2 menu entries.
Is this a known issue? The firmware update to 1.01 didn’t solve this.
I haven’t found anything related in the forum to the problem so I expect my unit has a problem.
Thanks, Ed
Hey @edruskin, welcome to backstage!
I would directly contact support, they’ll take care of you as this is a hardware related issue.

Thanks for the advice Sandroid, contacted support even if I think this will probably be replaced by Thomann anyway.
small update:
I’ve talked to Thomann and they suggested a replacement of the unit.
I haven’t heard from support back yet but this way it’s likely quicker to get working device as Thomann offered an advanced warranty replacement.

Now I have received the replacement and I’m a little bummed as this one has the exact same issue
Maybe it’s a general problem but wasn’t recognized yet?
Can some of you please test this on a few other devices?
If it’s “normal” (which I think it shouldn’t) I guess I have to live with that but it’s quite annoying.
Please go to a long menu, for example the load patch from the synths and turn the jog quite slow, click for click, there seems to be one position which doesn’t recognize the rotation (if you rotate further and back again, it’s the same position in both directions)
As there seems to be some acceleration implemented if you rotate the jog quickly, I suspect this could have to do with the problem. (maybe the rotary-knob is based on hall-effect sensors, then this might be solved in software)
At least the replaced one doesn’t seem to jump over 2 values at a time but to be honest, this is not what I would expect from a precise jog-wheel.
Any help on this appreciated
