What is the problem?
On some settings when using the wheel it takes a LOT of dialling
What should this feature achieve?
Adding a ‘dent’ on top of the dial-button that fits the tip of an index-finger would not only make it easier to fast scroll/dial but also add to a better tactile feeling
It would be really grand if Polyend made such new button available as a spare-part for any current owners of various Polyend product to buy
Are there any workarounds?

I’ve really looked around to find one because buttons like that used to be the norm on video-editing equipment etc and sometimes even the volume knob on hifi-amplifiers
I couldn’t really find anything more than the below - not very well done solutions - so they’re NOT to be taken for my ‘wet’ dream but more as; illustrations of the ‘concept’
